Had money saved up, was meant to be used on last order but it wasnt was charged full price, and they wont do anythjng about it, after being a great customer for years i will not eat or order again, if thats how they treat their customers ill happily spend my money else where

  Reply : Sorry to here what has happened, but if you had money saved in the account why didn't you get in touch with me, I've been running this business since 2006. If you had a problem on the online system and you could not retrieve your saved points you could have contacted me or the company to solve this problem . This is why we have a point system for regular customer.
